Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of incense and fragrance products, we currently do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the order


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • Include your order details while contacting us

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrance preference issues

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Orders placed with incorrect address/details


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
