  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as used Agarbattis, Attars, and Dhoop, or any products that have been opened or tampered with, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. For COD orders, a refund will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or any other method deemed appropriate.

3. Exchanges
